Entering a good nursing school can be quite competitive. However, nursing schools in countries like the Philippines create alternative education options for individuals interested in the nursing profession. The Commission of Higher Education (CHED) and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) have recently released information on the top performing nursing schools in the Philippines for those interested in studying abroad to obtain their nursing education.
Manila Doctors College
According to the Philippine Star, Manila Doctors College was ranked as one of the top performing nursing schools by the CHED. Of the 1,011 students from MDC who took the Nursing Licensure Examination last June, 704 passed giving the school a 69.63 percent passing rate.
